CCC - Information Security Oversight / National Security Information Requirements

The CCC, when required, will provide a certified/classified environment with secure connectivity for classified research and development projects, education, and training. It is anticipated that ‘classified’ secret classifications will be obtained for faculty, staff, and students at the CCC through sponsored military and government agencies. Through relationships with these agencies, required research programs will be established that support cyber-centric education, ensuring a cyber workforce prepared to meet the critical challenges ahead.

Due to the nature of the CCC’s research, our information security programs are in compliance with Information Security Oversight/National Security Information Requirements.

CCC research, development, and education information and materials can require protection against unauthorized disclosure in the interest of national security. A security clearance may be required. If so, the CCC will work with the organizations/agencies involved to determine whether a person is eligible for access to, and/or knowledge of, and/or possession of classified information that may be related in our research, development, and associated training and education services, in order to accomplish lawful and authorized government purposes.

The CCC is open to all NATO nations, 5i Nations, and non-NATO nations, excluding nations listed on the United States Department of State's restricted list.
