Cyber Power Index Project

Cyber Power Index will look at the ability to withstand cyber attacks and to deploy the digital infrastructure necessary for a resilient and secure economy.

The index is a dynamic model, composed of a number of indicators and sub-indicators (to be defined) that measure specific attributes of the cyber environment across four drivers of cyber power: Legal, Governance & Regulatory Frameworks. Economic exposure. Social Contexts. Critical Infrastructure and industry application, which studies digital development across key industries.

The index is ranking is based on indicators combined into weighted attributes:

  • Legal and Regulatory Frameworks
  • Economic and Social Contexts
  • Technologies and Infrastructure (ICT)
  • Industry Application.
